Si segnala che ieri, 24 novembre 2016, è stata pubblicata in Gazzetta Ufficiale dell’UE la decisione di esecuzione (UE) 2016/2050 riguardante l’immissione in commercio di un garofano geneticamente modificato (Dianthus caryophyllus L., linea SHD-27531-4).
La presente decisione ha come destinatario il Regno dei Paesi Bassi e l’autorizzazione ha una validità di 10 anni a decorrere dalla data di rilascio.
In conformità all’articolo 3 della presente decisione di esecuzione, l’immissione in commercio del garofano geneticamente modificato è soggetta a determinate condizioni, tra cui il solo utilizzo per fini ornamentali ed il divieto di coltivazione.
